Phil responded promptly to my job post and came round the same day to view the site. He was very friendly and attentive. He listened to the tasks I wanted, asked pertinent questions, and came back with the most favourable quote. We fixed a date two weeks later and he came to the job early. He asked for a reminder of the tasks we had agreed and just got on with it diligently over the whole 3 hours. He checked in with me a couple of times to ensure I was happy. The garden looks so much better. We are hoping to do some light design work and this provides a great basis for us to start this. Before we were a bit daunted to be honest. I hope to use his services for other jobs, and would definitely recommend him to other customers.
