We used Deards Build Maintain Restore to do some work for us including: extending the opening at the back of our house ready for a 4 meter bifold door, blocking up a window and removing a dividing walls, preparation for a new bathroom. I'm pleased to say Chris has restored our faith in building professionals. After a previous bad experience with another company for part of our renovation, we were apprehensive about finding a reliable contractor to carry out the next phase of work. The experience this time round couldn't have been more different. Chris and his team were always friendly, fast to respond, and completed all the work to a high standard, on a quick turnaround.
