We help out clients with design and build also as we have our own architects and structural engineers. We have covered the Notting Hill, Chiswick, Shepherd’s Bush and city of London areas since 2010. Replace Shower Tray and Screen
Alan and his team provided an excellent service. The job ended up being much bigger than initially envisaged, but I felt like he explained each step and the pricing was fair throughout. Works have been completed to high standard, and Alan was highly proactive in the sourcing of materials and keeping me updated (as it's a rental, not my own flat). Strong recommend for future work.
Replace Leaking Flat Roof
Alan did an excellent job of replacing our badly leaking flat roof. It was a very complicated job, as we needed to bring in scaffolding through neighbour's gardens, and access to the roof from inside was via a window. Alan and his partner were patient, painstaking, very thoughtful and thorough. The work was excellently done, and the disruption to us was minimal. His quote was also extremely reasonable. Alan is very in demand, so finding time to do the finishing touches took longer than ideal, but the roof has not leaked since. We are very happy with Alan's work, and have asked him to undertake other jobs, when he's available.
Painting And Minor Plastering Works
I can't recommend Alan highly enough. The quality of his work is excellent, and his attention to detail is second to none. He takes real pride in what he does and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is finished to a high standard. He was incredibly helpful throughout the project, offering practical advice and drawing on his extensive knowledge and experience across different trades. He also recommended other reliable tradespeople who provide excellent work at reasonable rates, which was a huge help. Professional, reliable, friendly, and genuinely committed to doing a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would happily recommend him to anyone.
Refit, Plaster, and Paint Ceiling Alcove
Job finished to a high standard with good attention to detail. This was a relatively small job but De Vere Developments were happy to quote and carry out the work when it was proving difficult finding someone to do the job. Thank you Alan.
Flat Redecoration: Painting & Minor Repairs
Alan and his team did a great job on the recent flat refurbishment work. He was very communicative so I know how the job was progressing, he worked to my tenant's timescales and his team caused minimum disruption. Would use their services again!
