We can’t recommend Dima highly enough. We’ve renovated a couple of houses and usually do much of the work ourselves, as we’ve found it difficult to find reliable, high-quality contractors in London. Our bathroom renovation was especially complex due to its size and design (a wet room with 5x5cm tiles, a custom-built sink, etc.). We spent about a month meeting with potential contractors to find someone we felt we could trust and who would do the job justice. From the start, Dima was incredibly professional and thoughtful. He took the time to fully understand the intricacies of the project, offered valuable suggestions to improve the design, and communicated clearly throughout. He was also very patient when we had to delay the start by a month due to a hold-up with our tile delivery. Dima takes real pride in his work, and it shows—his attention to detail is meticulous, and he treats the project as if it were his own home. We also felt that his pricing was extremely fair, especially considering how hard he worked and the quality of the results. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and really grateful for the effort Dima put into it to make it a reality. Thanks, Dima!
