Replace Wooden Fence and Gate
Absolutely appalling. I hired this man for a simple 1 fence panel and a gate at the side of the house. He eventually turned up on the day but by time he got here I had to take my 7 week old baby to the hospital as he was unwell, i decided to have some trust in him and let him carry on and paid him upfront. On returning home I found that the work was shocking, the post screws to the house to hold the gate pulled away from the wall, there was numerous gaps between the post and panels, the gate lock was the wrong one, there wa nails/ screws left sticking out, panels that had been bodged to fit. It looked like my 9 year old daughter had done the job, I raised my concerns with him which he said he would be round to rectify but failed me on 2 separate occasions and I had to chase him for an update, he then offered a refund and said send my bank details it will be in in the morning, this never happened. Now my 9 year old daughter has cut herself on the screws that were left sticking out, he now won’t reply and is ignoring my messages.
