When Sam reached out promptly to express interest in the job, we were very happy to proceed given his status as a Vaillant Advanced engineer. However, his reassurance that we were not too far for him to travel at the time of receiving the quote, he bailed on us on the day claiming the we were too far for him to travel. Now we have less time to find another tradesperson before Christmas to complete the work. For anyone else reading this review, I dare say that Sam would still do a good job for you, but please do pin him down on travel arrangements up front to avoid being let down like we were.

Davis TecOnce again sorry for what happened. It was the app error as I only travel for 12 miles and this set in my account so therefore we don’t check and your address was 24 miles from me .as it was only a annual service and your boiler is functioning well so there was no urgency. Hope you find an engineer soon near to you and have a nice xmass
