David was the only company to respond to my post. He visited on the same day as my post after he had finished his contracted job that day, assessed the job and quoted me a price for the anticipated work and gave me a timetable of when he could do the work. Without any other company responding there was nothing to compare his quote with. The brickwork above my rear back window was starting to drop requiring the removal of bricks above the window, installing a lintel and making good the brickwork above. Because of the age of my house the mortar had degenerated needing more layers of bricks to be removed to stabilise the wall. I anticipated that the additional work would escalate the price. In the event David did an excellent job and charged me less than the original estimate. I am so satisfied that I paid a small bonus just to express my appreciation of his work, his workrate, his overall manner and not least how thoroughly he cleared up after him. My back yard is much cleaner than before he first stepped into it. My neighbours are already taking his details for work they do, or in the future might need doing. He will certainly be my first port of call should I need work doing in the future.

Excellent from first contact to finish of job. David was very polite and accommodating for what we needed. Bad weather meant some delays but David made sure he got as soon as he could. A good price and a very neat finished job. Well done and will definitely use his services again.
