David asked for pictures of the blocked sink and pipework, and quoted on replacing the old pipes, brought them with him, already made up, so quick to fit, and did a chemical wash to flush out old debris - PERFECT NOW! Also, looked at other jobs that need doing, all within the hour quoted! Friendly, explained everything to my old-aged Mum - she's very happy, and we've already booked in the next job with David. He's Mum's new plumber now - thank you David - much appreciated.
