Kitchen Floor Surface Repair
The chap who came to sort out our kitchen floor was pleasant. However, we feel let down by the quality of his work and what it cost us. We have incurred additional costs in making good the areas which needed further attention. He did say that he could come back if needed to make the necessary repairs, but we decided not to employ his services again. The cost of the work carried out by DB Home Improvements was disproportionate to the time spent on the job and the materials used. Very disappointing.
DB Home ImprovementsI’m quite confused by your review, you asked me to carry out a job for you which we have plenty of experience in and we completed this for you. I informed you that once my job is complete other prep work is required on the floor before you can lay the vinyl, you have not messaged or rang me to tell me of any issues so I haven’t been able to come round and have a look or advise you on any potential issues you think you may have.
