Extremely satisfied. The problem was a complex one to diagnose and solve due to the age of the boiler, the model and inadequate service history by previous owner. It was clear Dan has a thorough knowledge and a wealth of experience and he went to great lengths to discover what was wrong and fix it. I'm very happy with the work carried out and would definitely recommend him to other potential customers using this site.

Dan got straight in touch to enquire about the job. He visited the next day to give a quote for the job. As soon as parts available he was out to repair my boiler. Would highly recommend, great service.

Dan was marvellous! He gave me a quote to instal new kitchen tap to arrive and discover I had ordered the wrong one. Dan offered to pick up a new one for me and come back the following day. True to his word he sent me a link to one he recommended and checked I was okay with it. He arrived the following day with the new tap and completed the installation.. Dan went above and beyond and such a lovely, friendly professional guy. His number is now in my phone for any gas/plumbing related issues and he will be the first person I call and I will recommend him to any family or friends in the future.

Boiler service carried out by dan .all I can say is he knows his job.. exellent work carried out will definatly use dan next year for my boiler service ..great lad to get on with.. down to earth ..answered any questions you put to him . Credit to the gas service 10/10 .
