This trader started the work over 2 months ago. His estimate was 7-8 working days to complete the job. He worked for 3 days and was paid more than 50% for materials and labour. He has since not appeared on site and has provided a long list of excuses for not being here. His communication is terrible and needs to be chased constantly. I would recommend that you do not use him as he is unreliable and unable to complete a job.
