Skimming Plaster in Hall and Rooms
Absolute cowboy, messed us around sending apprentices for over a week then when it came to the skimming and bonding, I can't believe that anyone has the audacity to claim the job is finished and then demand payment. I wish I could upload photos on here. My partner and I hated the experience from start to finish and wasted money. People avoid at all costs.
D Payne home renovationThis customer asked for a plastering quote and then discussed with the company she could not afford plastering so opted for skimming with easifill instead and was informed this would show imperfections as its not plastering which she was okay with. Upon completion of the job half the money was transferred as the customers were not happy with some bits and we were happy to go back and complete the rest of the work before receiving all of the payment. They then told us not to go back and I received numerous threats from Laura’s partner warning me if I contacted them again or tried to complete the job I would be sorry and that he would create problems for me. We did not go near them again as I was then fearful due to threats. However we did offer to fix any issues they had prior to being threatened. I do not believe the customer should be able to leave this review on our account after displaying threatening behaviour towards us and not allowing for mistakes to be rectified in a polite manner
