In May 2025, David removed an old brick patio in poor condition and replaced it with modern buff and charcoal blocks. He cleared the pebbled driveway and replaced it with grey limestone chippings/charcoal block edgings and ACO channel drainage. Very neat and tidy. David has also demolished an internal area in our late Victorian ex-pub, removing 50+ year old plywood and pine panelling. He treated the walls with PVA, applied insulated plasterboard, added pipe work for 2 radiators and relocated 2 doors which he made himself. He has plastered the walls and ceilings and finally painted everything. Electrics by others
