Dean was friendly and helpful, happy to visit and see the job before quoting. He came the next day, calling before he arrived, and quoted a fair price. I accepted and we agreed Friday, but later he asked if he could come Thursday instead, which he did, again ringing before he arrived. He did the job as arranged, but then found there was a further fault, so he went and bought another part to complete it (with my approval). Everything was left clean and fully working.

Responded quickly, came round and got the job done with ease.
