Formed in 2008, D+S Builders has many years of experience in the building contractors trade, and provides building services to clients throughout the region. The company is based in Nanpean (St. Austell). No job too small and free estimates are offered.
The business supplies various building materials, including personal preferences. Tailored to requirements, the products are particularly suitable for the home or office and can keep costs down. The products are available from respected suppliers. All rubbish is cleared from site on completion and left tidy.
The company is managed by David who has been focusing on the Building Contractors trade for many years. Having previously worked for many contractors and has references to support this, David is more than able to run the company.

Having been let down by several builders, I was delighted when Dave actually turned up with a notepad and pencil to write down all the little jobs we needed finishing. So many builders seem to rely on their memory and consequently they forget some of the jobs. He was quick to respond, both to my initial job advert and with his quote. He completed the jobs a few days later, to a high standard and removed all of his equipment on the day of completion. I will definitely use D and S builders for future jobs and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable builder.

Mum is very happy with the work to the porch flooring, David was prompt, courteous and got the work done in a few hours. He tidied up after and is doing a couple more small jobs also.
