Here at Custom Property Maintenance we are a small Independent Business with over 15 years experience in all types of flooring and bathroom, kitchen and general building.
We value ourselves and our business on quality.
All our Materials are source from local wholesale supplier's to give us the best possible prices, which we then pass on to you the customer.
Our aim is to give you a superb service from start to finish.
In most cases we come to you to look over the job and discuss what it is your after and make sure we can give you exactly what is wanted and needed.
We will then get back to you with a quote ASAP and hopefully get you booked in the diary.
