Multi-Room Fix Installation
I would not recommend CS Property Maintenance based on our experience. They were engaged to assist with several tasks, including gutter downpipes and bathroom works, as part of a self-build project. Unfortunately, due to a number of issues, they could not be left unsupervised. The standard of workmanship and attention to detail was poor, and we were required to rectify multiple issues ourselves, including: • Leaking bath taps • Shower doors incorrectly fitted • Shower niche misaligned with wall panels • Shower panels damaged and requiring replacement at our expense • Shower panels not installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, resulting in the warranty being voided • Shower bar replaced at our expense • Electric radiators requiring rewiring to an acceptable standard Overall, quality control was lacking, and the works required close supervision. Additional time and rectification costs were incurred as a result. Based on this experience, I would not use them again.
