Install Concrete Paving After Deck Removal
final result and quality of the work were fantastic. I’m giving 4 stars because of a couple of communication hiccups. They initially tried to add VAT on top of our agreed verbal quote at the end. To their credit, they honored the original price once I pointed out it wasn't disclosed upfront, but the last-minute markup attempt was unnecessary stress. Additionally, I’m still waiting on the official final invoice for the completed work. Great craftsmanship, just make sure to get all financial details and paperwork squared away in writing.
Extend Existing Concrete Slab Area
The concrete slab is not level. The roof pointing is very messy and there are rafters exposed to the elements. They took off the gutter leaf guard and neglected to put it back. They failed to re-connect the guttering correctly. They left a huge amount of waste at the side of the house. I repeatedly contacted them about these issues and despite assurances that these would be fixed nothing has happened.
Brick Up Door with Glass Blocks
Crown Crest removed the woodwork, made good around the door and completed the installation of the glass bricks wall in a timely manner. Laurence their bricklayer arrived on time and worked tireless to complete all the steps. He has produced a great statement wall which is exactly what I was hoping for.
