Personal issues aside, this job was a nightmare. It was dragged out for weeks due to various issues (some out of our control). The end work is sloppy (we have a un-level basin and sealant used to fill large gaps). Cash was demanded up front and I didn't receive receipts for anything. I have been left to tidy up the work with sealant etc. which was not agreed to at the start. Tom is a nice guy, but I don't understand tradespeople who will happily mess their clients around. Communication is key and I had to chase Tom for a couple of weeks for him to finish the work. I would not use him again as I would be concerned it would be the same issues again.

Wall Tiling
Tom made an excellent job tiling our kitchen. He is really professional and left everything clean. Very pleased with his service. I would highly recommend.

Excellent, Tom is very friendly, honest and takes pride in his work. Tom took his time, not rushing ensuring a good quality finish to his work. Both appointments were prompt, work completed in quoted time and budget. Would highly recommend, I will be using Tom again for future work

Carpet Laying
I can not be more grateful for and amazed by the wonderful carpets we now have. Tom was extremely reasonable in price, punctual, professional and maintained covid guidelines. We will most definitely be going to Crown Carpets and Flooring for our future flooring needs.

Crown carpets flooring and tilling specialistsThank you for the 4 stars. Rubbish was stacked up in the garden with all home owners other waist as I had to reduce the price of the job so was not included as discussed. Material supplied by customer there for invoice is irrelevant.

Floor Tiling
Tom made an extremely professional and a really great looking job of tiling our cloakroom floor. He's a very pleasant lad, got started within a day of our quote and the price we paid was less than we thought we would have had to pay for a fiddly job. Will definitely use Tom again and I highly recommend him.
