Repointing
The wall was fixed in good time. But started to fall with in 2 weeks. Have since been told i would be contacted to arrange repair but have heard nothing . Now phone number is turned off. Was also advised i would receive receipt. This also has not been done. £700 out of pocket and still wall is broken.
Craigs home solutionsThe wall got pointed we told you it all needed grinding out as it wouldn't last long you never wanted to spend much as you was selling the property And just wanted a cheap job and how could the bricks be falling if we only pointed them we never moved or saw any loose bricks or covings I'm sorry your not happy with the work you was happy for 2-3days and then had continuously phone calls from your self we was going to return to take a look and try to sort it out for you but the threats and the way we got spoken to is rediculous very unprofessional. And the wall in question is well over 60metres in length 700 to tidy it up and make it look tidy was not a bad price you should not have paid for work if you wasn't happy your 1out off many reviews that's only person to slander me any more and I shall be seeking legal advice and I try to make all my customers happy as you can see with the reviews you was one that was impossible to achieve that take care and good luck with your future
