Repair and Install Stair Banister Rail
Construction Technologies Limited were contracted to repair our damaged balustrade and install a new child safety gate and banister rail. The quality of the workmanship cannot be faulted. The craftsmanship and attention to detail demonstrated in the work completed were of a very high standard. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for reliability and professionalism. The project was originally quoted as a two-day job, but due to the contractor arriving approximately three hours late on the first day and two hours late on the second day, the work overran and required a third visit. A third appointment was arranged for the following week, but the contractor failed to attend and later advised that it needed to be rescheduled. A new date and time were then agreed, yet once again they did not arrive as planned. When contacted, they advised they were working on another job, despite having committed to completing ours. Although a further appointment was offered to finish the remaining work, our confidence in their ability to honour agreed appointments and timescales had been exhausted. As a result, we felt we had no option but to cancel the contract. In summary, the standard of workmanship was excellent, but the repeated lateness, missed appointments, and lack of reliability significantly detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would struggle to recommend the company despite the high quality of the work undertaken.

I would like to point out that the agreed-upon carpentry work—specifically, repairing the damaged balustrade, fabricating and installing custom-sized stair gates for children (complete with the specified locking mechanism), and installing an additional wall-mounted handrail—has been fully completed to a high standard. Finishing work and varnishing are not typically included in carpentry services; however, we often perform them as a complimentary service for our clients—a gesture of goodwill that I hope you will appreciate. Install Two Garden Gates With Posts
Andrii came to view the job, then provided a quote in writing. I paid 50% of the cost up front, and the residue on satisfactory completion of the work. The job (installing 2 garden gates) was actioned 3 days later and completed same day. The area was left clean and tidy. Andrii also returned 24 hours later to ensure the concrete had set and everything was in order. I would recommend Construction Technologies Ltd. My experience was positive, and would use Andrii again.
Repair Rotten Decking Frame Structure
Construction Technologies did an excellent job for me recently. The standard of work great and I was particularly impressed with Andrii’s thoughtful and meticulous approach. I will definitely use Andrii again and would recommend to others.
