Construct4life Dragos Nicolae was the builder to complete the job. The job was to rennovate the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom. What went well: - Quality looks ok in most cases, although i am not a professional to judge What went not well: - Dragos did not read the list of works i sent over email and provided the quote from his head. So had many extras and extra payments - The job took 3,5 month, the estimation was 6-7 weeks - Another project happened in the middle so Dragos visited us for 1-2 hours a day for a month - Shower tray had a visible crack 1 week after installation, this was not fixed despite it was discussed - Windows sill was not installed and forgotten, despite that was in the list, and agreed to be fixed later. Money was paid - nothing was fixed - Poor communication. Really hard to get any kind of reply, also nothing is said if builders are late or not coming - First agreed to fix the left overs, then just not replying to messages and ignoring

It’s been a genuine please working with Dragos construction!! Price was surprisingly competitive and the works which involved – plumbing/demolition/electrical/carpentry/decorating - were undertaken in a professional manner to a high standard. Took a little longer than we’d thought but I can’t fault the quality of work…and would have no reservations recommending Dragos…
