I can 100% recommend Russ following him installing my double outdoor plug socket. He just put me at ease when he came round to look at the job (and he was the 3rd attempt at finding someone) he talked me through an alternative option if the first option wasn’t possible. He took the time to explain it all and when he left he shook my hand which just sealed the good feeling of having him undertake the job. Said job has been done today in boiling hot heat and it is all just perfect. Russ is a confident very likeable polite person who obviously knows his stuff and I just felt happy and relaxed with him here. The job is superb - immaculately tidy afterwards and yep it’s a 100% recommendation from me

Russ and his team refurbished my Dad's old house so that I was then able to rent it out. The work, which included a complete rewire and significant amounts of replastering , was completed in an efficient manner and I was kept aware of what was going on. They offered solutions to issues they came across and responded to any requests I made during the process.

Russ did some fault finding on my downstairs electrics and solved an ongoing problem I’d had for a while. He completed the work in good time and communication from start to finish was excellent. I felt at ease and with how he communicated a complex problem (complex to us) and pricing was fair. Luckily for me he can also undertake other works and redid our skirting boards, got some walls plastered and changed a few doors for us. The fact we were able to get all these jobs completed with using just one person was great and saved time.
