About Concept Construction
All contracts from maintenance call out to Alteration, Refurbishment or Installations are
carried out to the same high standard and can provide you with a portfolio of previous works
when discussing your requirements.
All Projects are fully managed by myself with a wealth of knowledge and experience in this
sector of the construction industry
We carry a full range of our own Plant from Access Equipment, Mini Excavator and Power
tools and all works are carried out by tradesmen with the experience to suit the individual
project. We will meet all current health and safety regulations and also Act as principal
contractor should the project meet the requirement.
We can work alongside your Designer/Architect/Planners or discuss appoint the same to meet
the requirements:
• Plans/planning Permission
• Building Regulations approval/Approved Inspector
• Structural Engineer/Calculations
• Party Wall Agreement
Each project is planned to suit your requirements with a bespoke approach to ensure your
project runs smoothly and can provide:

• Programme of Works
• Valuation and Progress Payments
• Phasing for occupied premises
• Temporary facilities/structures
I pride myself with attention to detail and ensuring each project meets your scope of works
from the outset to completion.

Qualifications
After Completing an OND in Construction at Leeds College of Building I worked for a
Medium Sized Building Contractor and continued my studies to Gain a HNC in Construction,
.Having gained experience working on site new build and on Refurbishment contracts along
with further Office Based roles, I launched my own company in 1998.
In addition To my Technical qualifications I have completed various courses:
• CITB Construction Management
• Highways License
• First Aid
• Access Equipment
• Asbestos Awareness
• Site Inductions/ Tool Box Talk /
A long with a wealth of experience in Managing Sites employees/ Subcontractors/
Clients/and liaising with Architects and Building Surveyors and local Authorities.
We constantly review each project and implement addition training as required
In addition I have setup and run all aspects of my business since 1998.
