I had a visit from the gardener who listened to my expectations of what I needed doing. He inspected my plot and had a discussion with me about how he would do the job. He said he would go away and do some research about an issue I had with overgrown conifer trees. Later, he texted me with his response and price in how to deal with the issue. I was very impressed with his conclusion as to how he would tackle the job and agreed on a date for him to start the work. On the day, he came with appropriate tools to tackle the job and made a very good start on it, resulting in a successful start even though it was tipping down with rain. A very professional and confident job was done. Thoroughly recommended.
