Our customers are looking to modify and improve their homes in some way and we know this will involve walls, floors, roofs, lofts, and basements. Whether this is a step-by-step approach or they want to carry out a full refurbishment of the property. We organise our business around our customers’ needs and not the other way around.
We love to get our teeth into a good home building project, be it a loft-conversion, waterproofing and damp-proofing scheme- including cellar and basement conversions, or designing & constructing a new extension, as well as refurbishing existing areas of the house.
We use a variety of technologies, from the latest thermal insulations to damp-injection treatments, to cutting-edge plumbing & ventilation systems- ensuring you that a Cobalt build is always low-carbon, energy-efficient, good value for money, and above all looks fantastic!
