David was very keen to get the job. He was prompt and efficient, though went with a different course of action to the one originally envisaged. Because he completed that job satisfactorily, I offered him another job to fix the broken loft hatch. He measured up and left, never to return or phone back since (almost 2 weeks now). Very strange is the fact his voice mail is full, so i can't even leave a message.
