En Suite Toilet Leak Repair
Brilliant service. Repair completed within 2 hrs of my call. Plumber had the necessary spare in the van. Work took just 45 mins to remove the cistern and replace the flush mechanism and sealing washers.
Fix Valve and Stop Cock Issue
Excellent service! They quickly replaced a pressure valve and freed up the stuck stopcock on the mains. The work was done efficiently, everything was left clean and tidy, and they were very friendly throughout. The whole job was completed within the hour and has made a huge difference. Highly recommended!

I spoke to Darryn who gave me a verbal quote based on what I had said - and he advised they could come this morning at 10. He and a colleague arrived on time and did a Sterling job whilst keeping me posted throughout.
Repair Leak on External Lead Pipe
Darren and Trey arrived promptly at 10.30 and completed the job quickly, unfortunately the leak started again, however they returned very quickly when contacted and the job is now finished and secure and Hecate very pleased
