End-of-Tenancy Deep Cleaning
Hired Cosmin for an end-of-tenancy deep clean including bathroom, radiators, and window frames. He did not clean the bathroom, did not clean radiators behind or inside (he only wiped the front of the radiators) and left window frames and tracks visibly dirty. He also promised in his initial message that he would bring his own professional equipment to carry out the deep clean, and then proceeded to send us pictures during the cleaning in which he was clearly using our own cleaning supplies. Despite calling Cosmin during the cleaning to let him know that the work wasn’t up to the standard we agreed on, and later multiple messages and video/photo evidence once we got home and saw that there had been no improvements, he refused to return and complete the job or provide a full refund… Finally during our exchanges in which we shared our concerns Cosmin from Cleaning Master 24h Ltd told us multiple times that our requests were not met since they were part of the “deep clean” package, which he claims we didn’t pay for, despite his initial message offering the quote and our confirmation message on myjobquote both clearly stating a “deep clean” of all windows, radiators and bathrooms. Paid £200 for a service not completed. Photos/videos available on request.
