We specialise in building works, property maintenance, groundworks, landscaping and garden services.
Run by fully qualified, skilled, and proficient individuals, with extensive experience of working in the construction industry, CJT Building and Maintenance strives to provide all our clients with an honest, professional, high-quality, and exemplary service.
We take pride in producing the most premium work that we possibly can and put our clients at the heart of everything that we do.
Although we are primarily based in Folkestone, we also cover various other areas across the South East.

This was an excellent job meeting all my expectations. Chris has a depth of experience and knowledge balanced by a willingness to discuss, interpret and realise the customer's wishes. There was careful consultation at each stage of the project resulting in best-fit decisions. Chris also has the skills to consider not only the practicalities but also the aesthetics so the completed job works well and looks great. Chris takes a personal pride in his work with en emphasis on detail and finish, though even the bits you don't see, such as the concrete base and the groundworks overall are completed to a high standard. Add to this a friendly approach, a great team, considerateness, complete reliability, excellent communications, and I can't recommend CJT too highly.

Chris responded quickly to our request for work. His team worked hard all day and the result was outstanding. Garden looking neat and tidy and drive looks like new. Great job and recommend highly.

Consultation/advice, quotation and Work involved :demolition, brickwork, patio construction, building, lawn preparation and turfing, shrub planting. All done on time and as per quote. A pleasure to have Chris and his team on site.

Hard Landscaping
I hired Chris and his team to lay a lawn install a patio with Indian sandstone and render a outside brick wall. Chris and his team informed me of every aspect of the job throughout the project. No extra work was a problem, they even installed a new waste pipe witch was a extra job from the agreed job. The quality of the job completed is of a high standard in a very short time scale. Chris and his team where always courteous and polity. I am even asking them to come back to take on another project as i have every confidence in their work
