I more than recommend Colin. Not only is he competent, reliable and very very helpful but he's a really nice guy and is happy to give advice on ways to go about renovations that will save you money. He is very experienced and was able to problem solve. I had a rental property that was trashed by tenants and Colin came and quoted to do some of the jobs we couldn't do such as new upvc windows, fitting a new shower room, changing radiators and some light fittings. There was no scratching of his head and coming out with ridiculous quotes and he sent me a reasonable quote through a few hours later. I was a bit dubious at first as couldn't find much of an online presence or reviews but he gets a lot of work through referrals or repeat customers and I can see why. He turned up when he said he would and he gets back to you very quickly when you have queries. I also paid him before he finished the project and he still came and finished the work off as he takes a lot of pride in his work. I will definitely be using him again when he is next available for work on my house. Thanks Colin! :)
