Inspect Loft for Moisture Issues
Had several quotes and City Roofing were the only ones who showed a genuine interest in providing a solution and not just a quick fix that "Might work". They performed a thorough review, investigated possible causes, found and demonstrated the cause and then remediated it and there was never any pressure, or urgency placed upon me which is a sign of a bad tradesperson. They completed the work promptly and professionally and were a pleasure to deal with, esp as roofing is not cheap.

Nice boys but wrongly estimated the original cost and ended up costing considerably more Together with the fact we now face more costs due to the fact we have considerable leaking in their pvc fachias
