Chris gave a fair and reasonable price and was clear on the cost breakdown. His work was top notch and he clearly explained how he was going to install the system. He gave me a great level of confidence and the resulting installation was very professional, he certainly exceeded expectations. He cleaned up after he finished and the lodgers in the house were very happy with his approach, he was very engaging. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Chris to others, he is one of those rare trades people you can completely trust to deliver at the right price.

Excellent service and competitive pricing from Chris Mulligan . Chris just installed a fire alarm in a building with 3 flats . I had to coordinate access to all flats so timing and communication was really important . I would highly recommend Chris.

Chris has just installed wiring for a hot tub and also a few other little electrical jobs around the house. He was very quick at providing a quote, has done a very tidy job and stuck to his quote. I definitely recommend him and will use him again.
House Rewire
I had a very short time period, and Chris was phenomenal at providing a quote, getting the job done in just a few days, and providing me with a video so I could see the work he provided. I highly recommend Chris for being so reliable, prompt, incredibly fast, and for doing an excellent job on the rewire, and providing me with the required electrical certificate in time to have my flat painted and have the new tenant move it. Hire Chris! I was more than satisfied!

I never met Chris as I was at work, but he did the work quickly & very well. He was replacing a hall switch with a timed switch. When he had to turn off one of my fuses to get the work completed, he very kindly phoned me on a Sunday to let me know how to reinstate it. Went way beyond his remit. The best praise that I can give him is that I would certainly use him again.
