Came to review the job on Friday as promised. Really good communication. Job was more serious and required a keypad and control box. Mark got them on Friday and returned at 10am on Saturday, completed the repair and tested the system. Really good job and a nice pleasant competent engineer. Mark was the first Responder, he was polite, very competent and got my three small electrical jobs done in no time at all. He kept me informed of what he was doing and made sure I understood what was wrong and that I could operate them safely once they were fixed. Clean and tidy worker.
