Replace Ridge Tiles on Roof
Quote for initial job was reasonable, did pay more for extra work suggested ....possibly worth paying for because it secured the whole roof from more ridge tiles blowing off in the near future. Seemed efficient, careful and an honest hard worker, a good repair job done. Roofers seem to charge that bit extra compared to other trades...maybe cuz there is a risk associated with going on the roof. The price is the only reason that I scored 4 rather than 5.
Repoint & Repair Bungalow Roof
Prompt and professional, have repointed damaged ridge tiles and gave advice for any future repairs. Hopefully this will sort out the leak but I will have to wait and see.
