From the very first message from Luke, I cannot fault this company at all, their communication was prompt, professional and friendly, estimate was initially provided and final price was received once full measurements had been sent along with the details of the flooring and underlay bought - they do supply and fit [including free trim], so I was a little worried they wouldn't do it but when I checked with Luke, it was not a problem, guarantee was provided for fitting only. A date was set for the work to be completed and we was advised it would take two days which was great because a previous quote had come in and advised it would take 3 weeks...... Checked day before and everything was on track. They arrived early and set to work, the workmanship was excellent and the floor was finished as advised the following day. Did I mention this was for a herringbone floor, which I know a lot of people do not like to do but Luke and his partner tackled it with precision checking every angle and double checking, the finishing result was amazing This was for my son and he was absolutely made-up with the floor, my husband was there the second day and trust me, he is extremely difficult to please and does not trust anyway, he came home and said "if we ever get a new floor, we only use this company" that means a lot [needless to say, we are looking at a new floor]. I cannot praise this company enough and would highly recommend if you are looking to have a new floor installed, you will not be disappointed

Luke was really helpful. He came over and measured for free. Provided a fair price. Did the work to a professional standard and even came back to fix a few planks. Would definitely recommend and will use again if I have any future work.
