Gutter Repair and Installation
Callum was fantastic. Received contact from him within half an hour of posting my request (made after 9pm I might add!) And was round the following lunchtime, all work completed mid-afternoon. He was straight-talking, honest and very reasonable and even advised on a few points where I might save/waste money on other projects in the house. I will 100% be recommending him to anyone that might need it in the future and am already lining him up for several other jobs I need doing. Thank you again Callum, you made a very stressful experience (from a totally clueless female!) easy and hassle-free :)
Fix Leak in Pitched Roof
Callum came round promptly to look at the roof, inspecting it from both inside the loft and using a ladder to survey the outside too. He gave us a detailed overview of the work that needed undertaking and kept us updated with videos and photos while he was completing the repairs. Callum was honest and extremely fair throughout and was up front about the work that needed doing. He did advise that the roof would need replacing in the future (something that we thought would be the case) but that these repairs would rectify our leaking roof and deal with our immediate problem! No pushy sales just straightforward advice and we very much appreciated that. Highly recommend. Thanks Callum.
Replace Dislodged Roof Tile
Carried out the work and improved the fixings to the ridge tiles. Very efficient and turned up on time
