Unfortunately, I could not be on-site when the work was being done and to check it. Charlie kept reassuring me that it had all been done. I felt sorry for him as he'd had covid and paid him in full. But, I later found he'd left much of the work unfinished and has blocked me from contacting him. Do not use him.
