Hi All, I recently did work with Cezar. First of all, he is very polite, easy to talk and consult all the details of work and very friendly guy. Cezar is very professional when it comes to work. He is very hardworking and provides suitable guides, advices if it is necessary to make it look professional and aesthetically pleasing. He is also negotiable when it comes to pricing the quote and does the job with in the time frame discussed.
