He started my project from June 21 little bit then came on end of July and took 70% since then he never come but he said refund on Nov 21, I am waiting him to refund my money but he is out of contact.

Extension
Craig Eddy builder (that's a joke) started 1st July told us about 8 weeks, 5 months later not half-finished, haven't set eyes on him over a month. He has now left his rented house in Countesthorp and ran with £ 28.000. The council condemned the roof 3 times still not correct. 3 levels of the floor in the kitchen said we will have to have a slope. ( no way ) council condemned installation said insufficient and wrong type. The council condemned steel across the kitchen too low. Steel supporting load-bearing wall not supporting bricks. we have photos and reports his work is dangerous, electrics found in roof live just taped up, was going to connect gas under a thin layer of cement underfloor, left us weeks before Xmas with no electric no cooker no water no heating no door through to the garage. Never worked a full week, in a 3 week period worked 1/2 day, we could tell you lots more need I go on?

The trader took a deposit and never returned to do the job. Still not had a refund after 3 month.
