Replace Hallway Floor Joists
Carl has taken out 7 rotten joists in my hallway and the subspace was treated for wet/dry rot before replacing new joists, floorboards and skirting. I am so pleased with the result, as the floor had dropped considerably and was unsafe before, but now is fresh even and strong. All this was done within the estimate quoted and Carl arrived with all the wood on his van ready to start after measuring up the week before. He even fitted a vent below the front door to assist airflow which should have been put on by replacement door fitters a few years ago. I would definitely recommend Carl who finished the job to such a high standard and took all the rotten wood away, leaving the hall spotless. thank you so much Carl.

Carl has replaced the rotten joists in my hall floor (7 in total) and treated the rot and put new floorboards and skirting in place. I am very pleased with the work as the floor had become very wobbly and had dropped about 2 inches over time. After going on the website, I was given Carl's number and he viewed the job and gave me a quote and explained everything that would be done to fix the floor. I accepted this and the work was arranged within the week. I cannot recommend Carl enough as he arrived early with all the new joists and floorboards in his van and started straight away and worked through the day. Everything was left clean and all old wood taken away. I have kept Carl's number for future jobs and will recommend his work to friends and family.
