Bi-weekly House Deep Cleaning
I have a very sad and disappointing experience with them. Carleen and CB are simply a fraud. I hired them to come and do DEEP CLEANING in my house They charged me £430 and I did not haggle. But they came and did a very shoddy job. Looking around the house when they've finished, I found a lot of dirt on the cabinets, windows, even on an ornament that was in plain sight in the living room was not touched at all. When I called them and sent them pictures and videos of dirt in the bedroom corners, above the cabinets in the bathrooms, the stairs railing still full of dust, She said" I don't move things, I only clean where is open". When clearly on her web site DEEP CLEAN MEANS THEY WILL DO CORNERS AND CRANNIES. They never touched my Oven in the Kitchen. When I pointed it out she said oven cleaning is an extra charge. Something she has forgotten to mention from the onset. She then sent me a voice mail, insulted me and said my house was too dirty. That I should be grateful for the little they've done as if I did not pay for the service. Of course that is the reason I ordered a Deep cleaning service. CB SPOTLESS are very un professional and and clearly should not be in the cleaning business. At the end of it all I feel I have been truly robbed.

No as a result of cleaning your property that was infested with rats infestations one of my staff feld ill because of your desecption at first. CB are not a fraud you are the only customer that complain.
