Damp Investigation
CB Property Maintenance are a recognised Damp Investigation specialist. From testing on behalf of tenants, landlords or estate agents, our prices start from £80 and cover a thorough visual inspection inside and outside of the property, along with a detailed report and advice on any necessary remedial work that may be required.
