NEGLIGENT DANGEROUS CAUSED SEVERAL £1000s IN DAMAGE. Our property has been inspected by building control and surveyors as expert court witnesses and Keith Roche and his son Carl Roche have removed supporting structures causing ceiling and floor to now be deemed unstable. They were Only tasked with fitting a set of stairs. This will likely cost tens of thousands to repair. He didn’t cover carpets and walls when working causing irreparable damage to both and leaving us to pay for the cost of replacing/repairing both. He invented a story about materials to get almost a further grand of money upfront. He hasn’t offered repairs and refused refund. Refused to return a set of loft ladders worth over £300. Came to collect his tools and when asked to removed his rubbish from the property said he had no room in his van. We are taking him to court and it is not first time for him either. He dragged the job out for months, lied and has left us with financial difficulty and ruined a previously lovely home.
