About
As a company we offer End of tenancy and pre tenancy and deep cleans. We also offer gardening and clearance services across the whole of Kent.
We work to a stringent cleaning checklist making sure nothing is missed and all work is photographed pre and post clean for your records as a landlord as part of your inventory or for looking to secure the return of your security deposit.
We carryout cleans for many well known letting agents across Kent who require standard at a high level and we are pleased to be able to say that these companies continue to use our services.
We do not work to a timeline we work until the clean is completed to the standard required to the checklist report. All chemicals used are commercial grade and our teams are very detailed in our work.
Unlike other companies when we have a End of Tenancy clean which includes carpet cleaning we DO NOT charge for oven cleaning so this is on average an additional cost saving of £60.00 for a standard oven hob and extractor fan.
All carpet cleans are shampooed sanitised and deodorised and we offer a FREE flea treatment if required on Full cleans with carpets.
As a company we have worked along side inventory clerks and we know exactly the areas conventional cleaners or regular domestic cleaners would sometimes not consider as part of a clean. We would like to let you know we never promote ourselves as professionals or the best at what we do. As we believe you are only as good as the last job you have completed.
