My job consisted of lifting and relaying a large paved area and adding to this existing area. Chris and his team were great from start to finish. He arrived on time for the first quote, listened to exactly what we wanted and wasn’t pushy with other ideas like other tradespeople who came to quote. He was professional and arranged and organised everything. He even attended when deliveries were made so that supplies were placed where he wanted. He even put boarding down to protect my driveway. I was even impressed that when Chris found a further drainage problem and needed to increase the quote for further supplies he contacted me to ask, again it wasn’t pushy, he explained what the problem was and what he needed to do extra and how much extra it would cost. I didn’t feel pressured, and he said that would stick to the original quote if that was what I wanted but I made the decision to pay for the additional work which included land drains this really was a good decision and very much needed in my garden. It’s always nerve wrecking contracting a service you don’t know, or haven’t been recommended. But Chris was great, he just got on with the job, he delivered what he said and we are very impressed. Chris was very communicative throughout the process. Turned up when he said he would to measure the job and provided the quote sooner/quicker than he promised. He was professional, courteous and well mannered. He and his mate turned up punctually to do the job and did a fantastic, professional job. We're extremely happy with the workmanship and they navigated a couple of unforeseeable issues no problem. We would definitely use him again and I will also recommend him to anybody who asks me if I know a good groundsman. Thank you very much.
