The work Chris and his team did on our house was very good, we can’t recommend him enough. It started off being a kitchen extension and knock through into the garage, but we also added a number of other jobs onto the list in our conservatory, living room and utility. It was never a problem and he always made sure we new what the cost would be so there wasn’t any horrible surprises. The work is to a very high standard and everyday the house was left very clean and useable. Great job, will definitely use him again.

Internal Walls
Cris did a great job to repair our kitchen floor. We have had other builders who were not able to resolve the problem so we were very relieved that Cris spent the time to sort it out. He charged us well below the price we thought we would have to pay and we will definitely call on him again for future projects.

Concrete Base
Our base was 4 inches short on one side and totally uneven. We've had to spend more money and time putting it right, the shed will still overhang.

C&A BUILDING LTDGood morning! All measurements we're done according to your specifications. The shed wasn't purchased at the time and you wasn't sure about the accurate base size!! About leveing I'm nor sure about this, the concrete base was done in level with proper tools! Because of the garden slope doesn't mean the concrete has to follow! The base was higher on one side than the other because of the garden inclination! Have a good day!
