Test Electrics, Install Smoke Alarms
Whilst working to install fire alarms he worked on new carpet without even attempting to use any floor covering. And showed no remorse when this was pointed out to him. Particularly he was asked whilst carrying out a test on an installation to point out any problems. The reason for this was so that we could have these items put right by him. However he was asked at least three times during the testing "are there any problems" but he didn't respond. At the end of the job he was paid as requested but he didn't attempt or come back to test the alarms. And we had to wait over 2 weeks for an invoice and the test certificate. Which although didn't fail or be classed as dangerous in any way it was clarified as unsatisfactory. We now have to get yet another electrician to deal with the points d is unsatisfactory. Would not recommend Jack as his attitude and generally being unable to contact him was extremely frustrating. Only contactable by message once completed job.He may be qualified but needs to vastly improve his general demener and attitude towards his clients homes and decoration.
