Replace Tiles and Fix Leak
Ben initially was great and replaced tiles on my room. Unfortunately less than 3 months later, one had become loose, fell to the floor and broke. I contacted Ben in which he arranged to revisit. After waiting in, Ben didn’t turn up. I have made several attempts for over a month to contact him, including calling and texts with no reply. The text were via WhatsApp and Ben has viewed all message. After promising to come and repair his work, Ben has failed to turn up or respond
