Repair Cracked Roof Tiles and Chimney
I have no reason to believe that the repair job was not carried out to a very good standard, but I was very disappointed that Will would only reluctantly reduce the quote by £100 when I queried the discrepancy between his quote to supply and use scaffolding for the job, and the fact that he actually used a ladder. I accepted his quote as reasonable given the expense of supplying scaffolding, and would not have chosen his firm and that quote had I known he would use only a ladder. The conversation about this disagreement was very difficult and I will not use his firm again subsequently.
Will fix it homeimprovementsHi, we appreciate all reviews left by our customers . However, the Scaffolding question is our own Scaffolding tower if we need this on site we will use it. It is never charged for we only charge for Scaffolding if we have to arrange a Scaffolding company however we still offered a reduction as a goodwill gesture, but this was not charged to you in any way shape or form

Garden Shed Roof Repair/Refelt
Will and his mate did an excellent job replacing my mother's leaking and sagging shed roof. He was very responsive and the quote was prompt and reasonable (and the job not over-spec which kept it more affordable). The work is great quality, they were polite and tidy and willing to help move the heavy contents out of the way. Very happy customer and we would recommend and use again. In fact we will be in touch for a quote for additional work soon!
Fix Bedroom Wall Damp Patch
Will appeared with his drone within hours of my posting, sent it up and assessed the problem. He clearly explained what needed to be done and sent a quote. After that he appeared exactly as arranged and did an excellent job. My problem was completed within one week form start to finish and the site was left in very good order. Would definitely recommend him.
Replace Tiles on Pitched Roof
Will was great. We agreed a price and he came and replaced some broken slates for me. The job required a tower, which he arranged, and they were on and off site leaving the place clean and tidy. Would use again.
Wall Repointing and Brick Replacement
Brilliant service all round. Really quick and thorough to come out and survey and quote the job. Booked Will in after, and he was able to come out and do the work really quickly. I was really impressed by the thoroughness, effort and detail of his work. All completed to a really high standard beautifully finished. If I ever needed work again, Will would be a first point of contact for me.
